In this 8-week program, we explore the basic concepts in Vedic Astrology, with the intention of understanding the relationship between the macro (universal) and the micro (individual).

The schedule is weekly webinars via ZOOM from 6:30pm-8:30pm starting on Tuesday, October 6th to Tuesday, November 24th, 2026 (inclusive).

Tuition is $350 CAD (includes taxes, and manual in pdf). 

• Pre-requisites: none

• Required Reading: The Vedic Astrology Deck by Jeffrey Armstrong

• Post Module Homework: Write a one-page review of your own chart and any insights you gleaned from analyzing it. 

In this program, we will learn the foundational aspects of Vedic Astrology: houses (Bhavas), planets (Grahas), and signs (Rashis) in order to begin orienting the student to their own chart. Learning about the allied Vedic sciences helps to bring more context and understanding to our yoga practice.

This workshop counts as one module toward the Janati 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training program. This program is also open to anyone who is interested in learning a little bit more about how the universe is interconnected :)
